Based in Hong Kong, I offer confidential LGBTQIA+ counselling grounded in years of lived experience and professional training - online and in person.
How much do I share? Who feels safe? Am I too much or not enough? For many LGBTQIA+ people, these questions run quietly in the background, shaping everyday interactions at work, with family, and in relationships. It’s the small, repeated negotiations and assumptions that create the most strain. This is a space where you don’t have to edit yourself. You can talk honestly, explore what feels right for you, and move forward without changing who you are.
Together we will...

My connection to the community isn’t just professional - it’s personal. Early on, many people closest to me have been queer and trans, and I’ve been beside them through joy, pain, rejection, and celebration. I know what it feels like to be judged for who you are and who you love, and I know the relief of finding your people, your tribe.
These experiences shape how I show up as a therapist: empathy, openness, and understanding. You won’t have to explain your identity, justify your choices, or educate me. Here - you are affirmed, respected, and met exactly as you are.

I hear this often. And finding the right therapist is critical. Many LGBTQIA+ people have felt dismissed, judged, or misunderstood in past therapy. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and lived experience. This is your space - and we’ll move at your pace, with your voice leading the way.
It’s common for partners (even friends and coworkers) to notice when something’s off before we do. If someone who cares about you is thinks talking may help, it might be worth exploring. My 20-minute free consult is a no-pressure way to get a better idea.
I find most people benefit from talking about the things that they keep inside - even me. If you’re struggling, questioning, or navigating family, career, relationships, or mental health - yes, this space is for you.
