Living with anxiety or low mood can feel isolating and numb. Based in Hong Kong, I offer a space to talk about it - in person or online.
Some days, it’s the racing thoughts, the tight chest, the constant worry. Other days, it’s numbness, exhaustion, a sense that nothing matters. What’s the point, right? Anxiety and depression can make you feel like you’re broken. But you’re not. You’re human - and you’re not alone. We work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, giving you tools to manage emotions, thoughts, and energy in a healthier way.
Together we will...
Depression and anxiety impact everyone at some point in their life. It’s normal. I understand how anxiety and depression can show up in different ways - sometimes loud and overwhelming, other times quiet and invisible.
I’ve supported clients through panic attacks, burnout, spirals, low mood, and emotional numbness. These emotions are different for everyone - and healing doesn’t happen in a straight line.
Whether you’re feeling lost, stuck, or just tired of pretending, I’ll meet you where you are - and walk with you toward where you want to be.

That’s completely normal. Many people worry about being judged or misunderstood. My role is to create a space where you can talk as much or as little as you feel comfortable - no pressure. You don’t have to share everything at once.
